HOW IT WORKs
Whether you know exactly what you want or you don't know where to begin, this page is for you! This outlines the general process we go through for every single client regardless of wedding size or budget. Follow the links below to fill out our questionnaire to begin right away or drop us a line on our contact page!
Consultation & Estimate
The first step is to fill out our survey below, indicating the size of your wedding, your overall aesthetic, your budget goals, and how you envision the day. You are welcome to include Pinterest/ inspiration images, interesting tidbits about you, and must-haves or deal breakers. After that, I’ll email you ask any follow up questions, and send over an estimate.
Based on your questionnaire, I’ll create a personalized estimate for you. If you aren’t sure how to spend your full budget until you see some design ideas, I can quote you for just the basics (invite, envelopes, rsvp, details, any specific requests), and let you add pieces later, a-la-carte. Once you accept the estimate, a non-refundable 50% deposit is due. The remaining balance is due when your invitations ship out.
After I receive your deposit, I’ll start designing your first round of proofs. This takes approximately 4 weeks. However, if you’re in a rush, this can be quickened for a fee, depending on our studio schedule.
You’ll receive at least 3 different design concepts in your first round of proofs, and you will receive unlimited revisions until we go to print (time permitting). For a detailed description of the design process, download our brochure below!
Print, assemble & Ship
Digital printing typically takes 1 week, and letterpress printing takes 2-3 weeks. Please understand that any spelling, names, grammar & layout issues will be locked in at this point. So please make sure you look over your proofs with a fine-tooth comb!
If you would like me to address & stuff your envelopes, curate & affix vintage postage, tie the ribbons, and make them look just perfect for your guests, I will assemble them for you! This is usually a big time-save for couples, especially in the height of wedding planning. Assembly can take 1-2 weeks.
